Cecilia Kelly Haight

Head Trainer and Owner

Cecilia is the owner of Willow Brook Equestrian and started her own business in December of 2022. Beginning with offering lessons in the hunter/jumper discipline, Cecilia values instilling in the future of our equine industry the proper riding techniques and philosophies to prioritize teamwork and harmony between riders and their horses.

Cecilia has since then renovated a beautiful facility to provide our horses with the best possible care and peaceful environment. Cecilia takes pride in properly and effectively providing each individual horse with their dietary needs as well as working closely alongside a trusted team of veterinary and farrier professionals to ensure optimal treatment and focus on the health of our horses.

Cecilia offers a variety of training and coaching services from the basics of the hunter/jumper discipline to general balanced and correct riding fundamentals, to entry level and even advanced showing and competition. She also loves bringing back horses into riding and getting them fit and ready for their riders and owners. She is very motivated to make your dreams and goals a reality and loves helping her students and horses progress and advance to new opportunities.

Offering a consistent show schedule throughout the year, she loves to attend local schooling and rated shows as well as out of town USHJA and USEF rated shows to help challenge and further develop her students and horses.

Madison has been a lovely addition to our barn family since the spring of 2025. She is a patient, kind, and encouraging instructor and thrives teaching our beginner students and advanced students alike.

Having studied equine science and leading an incredibly successful career in veterinary medicine for over 10 years, she now has found her dream job working with horses at Willow Brook.

Madison often shares wonderful experiences from her youth with our students including attending pony finals in 2011. She inspires, helps motivate, and is dedicated to seeing her students progress and find their love with horses. She loves spending time with her horses Billy and Beaux and encouraging our riders to be the best they can be.

Madison looks forward to the growth of our program and development of our horses and riders attending shows and working hard at home. She is always around to answer any questions, help, or of course to be an amazing assistant to our head trainer.
